Beach, Pool & Outdoor Living
Step out of the backyard and follow the boardwalk directly onto Perdido Key's beautiful white-sand beach. Spend the morning on the sand, cool off in the Gulf-front pool and spa, grill dinner outside, or relax on the Gulf-front swing or one of the balconies. West of Eden is divided into an East Side and West Side — when rented separately, the pool, spa, boardwalk, and select outdoor amenities are shared. Rent both sides together for the full 12-bedroom property, and the pool and spa are private to your group.
Room for the Whole Group
The bright, open first floor brings the living area, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with generous counter space and two refrigerators together with Gulf views. The second floor offers three private King suites — great for couples — while the third floor gives kids and teens a fun space of their own with a King room with two Twins and a bunk room sharing a connecting bathroom.
