Welcome to Beach View Perdido Key, a spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bath coastal retreat with more than 3,000 square feet of living space and room for up to 14 guests. This three-level home is designed for families, multiple couples, and groups who want plenty of space to spread out while still having great places to gather — all with beautiful beach views.
Private Heated Pool, Spa & Outdoor Fun
One of the biggest highlights is the private heated pool and spa, the perfect place to relax before or after a day at the beach. Outside, gather around the gas firepit at night, or challenge your group on the putting green, ping pong table, and corn hole. The first floor includes space for beach supplies and storage, making it easy to grab what you need before heading out for a day along the Gulf.
Room for the Whole Group
The second floor serves as the main gathering level, with the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, and two King bedrooms that share a full bathroom. The third floor includes the primary suite with a King bed and a Twin-over-Twin bunk bed in the closet/bunk area, plus a second guest suite with a King bed and Twin-over-Twin bunk bed. A sleeper sofa in the common area provides additional sleeping space for two guests.
Additional Details & Booking Information
No pets, no smoking inside the property, and renters must be 25+. Pool heated March 1 – Nov 30. For added security, the property has a Ring doorbell and exterior security camera monitoring the front entrance. Locked owner closets, maintenance areas, and clearly marked private storage spaces are not available for guest use. Premier Vacation Group's Concierge Team is available throughout your stay if questions come up. Our prices include all fees — no hidden fees.

Fully Prepped for a Worry-Free Stay
We want arrival day to feel easy, so the home is professionally cleaned and prepared with fresh linens and bath towels before you arrive. Bathroom Comforts: Bath towels, makeup towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, plus toilet paper and a hair dryer. Cozy Touches: Premium bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and beach towels ready for the beach or pool. Starter Supplies: Full-sized dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent pods, and toilet paper to get your stay underway — plan to pick up more depending on the length of your stay and size of your group.
Kitchen, Dining & Everyday Comforts
The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster, baking sheets, wine glasses, cooking basics, and dishes and silverware for the full group, plus a dining table and an outdoor dining area with a gas grill. If you find that something is missing, please let us know. The home also includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating and ceiling fans, a washer and dryer, an iron, a drying rack, TVs, books, and board games, plus family extras like a pack 'n play, high chair, baby safety gates, children's dinnerware, and children's books and toys.

Whether you are spending the day at the beach, relaxing by the pool, or gathering around the firepit at night, Beach View Perdido Key gives your group plenty of ways to enjoy the Gulf Coast. Beach essentials are provided for easy beach days, and the home is within easy driving distance of Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, and Pensacola — a convenient home base for exploring the area.
